Welcome to Catwalk Hub. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Catwalk Hub, operated by JK TradeLink LLC. Catwalk Hub operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services that we make available to provide you with our shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referred to in them, explain the rights and responsibilities that apply when you access or use the Services or purchase from Catwalk Hub.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about orders, payments, delivery, returns, intellectual property, privacy, permitted use of the Services, and limitations of liability.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase contract with Catwalk Hub. Where a person does not have full legal capacity, use of the Services and purchases must be made with the involvement or authorization of a parent, guardian or other person legally permitted to act on their behalf.
To use certain features of the Services or place an order, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information and shipping details. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current and complete and that you are authorized to provide and use it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must not sell, transfer, assign or make your account available to another person in a manner that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to present our products and services accurately. However, minor differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur because of photography, lighting, display settings or the device used to view the store.
A minor display variation by itself will not be treated as a product defect where the product materially corresponds with its description and specifications.
Product descriptions, availability and ranges may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue a product or reasonably limit available quantities, including where stock, market or operational considerations require it.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed products.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from Catwalk Hub. We may accept, decline, hold or request further verification of an order for reasonable and lawful reasons, including product availability, payment verification, suspected fraud or misuse, pricing or listing errors, or other legitimate operational concerns.
An order is not finally accepted until Catwalk Hub confirms acceptance. For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully authorized and processed. Cash on Delivery orders may be accepted before payment and are payable upon delivery in accordance with the amount and terms shown at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests where reasonably possible, but cancellation may no longer be possible after an order has been accepted, prepared, fulfilled or dispatched.
If we cancel a prepaid order before supply, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using the appropriate payment route.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless Catwalk Hub expressly agrees otherwise.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time, but the price applicable to an accepted order will be the price presented to you when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors in accordance with applicable law.
Any taxes, delivery charges or other charges that apply to a particular order will be disclosed as required before you complete the purchase.
Promotions may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If specific promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase, payment and account information and to use only payment methods that you are legally authorized to use.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes communicated on our store. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, operational disruptions or exceptional events.
Where available, we may provide tracking information and delivery updates.
Unless you independently arrange a different collection or delivery method, responsibility for the goods remains with Catwalk Hub until the order is delivered to you or to a person authorized by you to receive it.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including our trademarks, brand names, logos, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, audio and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by Catwalk Hub, its affiliates or licensors, as applicable, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected content without the prior written permission of Catwalk Hub or the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of, or grants any broader licence to, intellectual property belonging to Catwalk Hub, Shopify or any third party except as expressly stated.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND SERVICES
We may provide access to tools or services supplied by third parties. We may not control all aspects of those third-party tools or services.
Your use of third-party tools may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the relevant provider. You should review those terms before using the tool or service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Catwalk Hub is not responsible for acts, omissions or service failures of an independent third-party provider that are outside our control.
We may introduce new features, tools or resources in the future. Unless stated otherwise, those additions will form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, content or functionality provided by third parties.
We do not control third-party websites and do not guarantee their content, accuracy, availability or practices. If you choose to access a third-party site, its own terms and policies may apply.
Please review the relevant third-party terms and policies before entering into a transaction with that party. Concerns about a third party’s own products or services should generally be directed to that third party, without affecting any rights you may have against Catwalk Hub under applicable law.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Catwalk Hub uses Shopify’s platform to operate the online store and provide supporting e-commerce technology.
Sales of Catwalk Hub products are made directly between you and Catwalk Hub. Shopify is not the seller of Catwalk Hub products.
Shopify may process certain information required to operate, secure and improve its platform in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, images or other content to Catwalk Hub (“Feedback”), you grant Catwalk Hub, to the extent permitted by applicable law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that Feedback for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the Feedback and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
We may review, moderate or remove Feedback that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Feedback you submit. You must not impersonate another person or intentionally misrepresent the origin of Feedback.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to matters such as product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery information, availability or other store content.
We may correct genuine errors and update information when they are identified. If a material error affects an order that you have already placed, we will handle the matter fairly, communicate the available options and comply with applicable law.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services, directly or indirectly, to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activity;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of Catwalk Hub or any third party;
- harass, threaten, abuse, defame or unlawfully harm another person;
- knowingly transmit false or misleading information;
- distribute spam, malicious code, viruses or other harmful material;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- collect or track personal information without lawful authorization;
- bypass, interfere with or compromise security features of the Services; or
- copy, resell or commercially exploit the Services or protected content without authorization.
We may take reasonable measures, including restricting or suspending access, where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law, security requirements or anti-fraud controls have been materially breached.
SECTION 14 - SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, material misuse, security risk, material breach of these Terms or a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may notify you of the reason for the restriction or termination.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including obligations relating to outstanding payments, existing orders, intellectual property, privacy, liability, governing law or any other provision that by its nature should continue.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We take reasonable steps to maintain the accuracy and availability of the Services, but online services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance or technical errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming products.
SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Catwalk Hub and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of a breach by Catwalk Hub.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted consistently with applicable UAE consumer-protection legislation.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms or infringement of a third party’s rights directly causes a third-party claim against Catwalk Hub, you may be responsible for reasonable and proven losses arising directly from that conduct.
We will handle any such claim reasonably and, where practicable, provide appropriate notice and an opportunity to cooperate in the defence of the claim.
Nothing in this section creates an obligation that cannot lawfully be imposed on a consumer.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 19 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure or delay by Catwalk Hub in exercising a right does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies and notices that expressly apply to your use of the Services or purchases, form the agreement governing your use of the Services unless another written agreement specifically applies.
Nothing in these Terms will be interpreted in a way that removes or reduces any mandatory consumer right provided by applicable law.
SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
You may not transfer or assign your contractual rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior consent, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
Catwalk Hub may transfer rights or obligations under these Terms to an affiliate, legal successor or another entity in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, merger, sale or transfer, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any related agreement for the Services are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah or any other court having mandatory jurisdiction under applicable UAE law.
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can try to resolve concerns promptly and fairly. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to contact a competent UAE consumer-protection or regulatory authority.
SECTION 22 - HEADINGS
Headings are included for convenience and readability only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The current version of these Terms will be available on this page.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, our Services, technology or legitimate business operations.
Where a change is material and affects customer rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated or otherwise from the date they are published where legally permitted.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued under an accepted order or applicable law.
