Return & Refund Policy – Catwalk Hub

At Catwalk Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right — quickly and fairly.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Jewellery must be sealed and in resalable condition.

Return / Exchange Charges

  • A 25 AED return or exchange fee applies per order to cover courier handling.This fee is waived only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care or hygiene items.
  • Customized or clearance products.
  • Items not in original packaging or with broken seals.

Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +971 50 729 2183 within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs
