Delivery Time
Most UAE orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery location, order confirmation, and courier schedule.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during weekends, public holidays, peak shopping periods, promotions, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free UAE Delivery
Free UAE delivery is currently available as part of the Catwalk Hub store offer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders.
Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed before payment and are payable upon delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation.
Where required, Catwalk Hub may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details, delivery information, or Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
Shipping & Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, the customer may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details.
Customers can also use the Track Your Order option available on the Catwalk Hub website where applicable.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number, and other information required for delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delivery delays.
Delivery Attempts
If a courier is unable to complete delivery, the customer may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt where available.
